Shipping and delivery

FOR ORDER PLACEMENT:

Domestic Orders

  • We are now accepting both COD and Prepaid orders
  • Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Shipping and Handling charges vary from area and zone wise.

International Orders

  • We ship majority of International locations (except Italy, Spain, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey & Russia due to Strict Custom Norms).
  • If customer is not paying duties/ deny at the time of delivery, we will take return that parcel and no amount will be refunded as at the time ordering of the product it’s been mentioned, customer has to pay customs duties.

  • Orders above USD 100$ are eligible for free worldwide shipping.
  • Products prices may vary vas per the current freight rate.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Domestic Customer

  • We have various payment options for smooth online payment transactions.
  • For Pre-Payment - Customers can opt for CC Avenue, Debit/Credit Cards.
  • Cash On Delivery is available at Rs.70 on all the orders.

International Customer

  • Customers can opt CC Avenue payment option for smooth online payment transaction.

SHIPMENT DELIVERY TIME:

Domestic Customers

  • All orders are processed & packed within 24 to 48 working hrs- but due to covid 19 situation expecting delay in in the delivery of orders.
  • You can expect the delivery within 4-10 days.
  • For remote locations it may take up to 12 working days for shipment delivery.
  • Order deliveries are made from 9am – 7pm Monday – Saturday (excluding national holidays & festivals).
  • You can also track your order with the tracking details shared with you via SMS & e-mail. Also, can check the tracking details in your account.

International Customers

  • All orders are processed & packed within 24 to 48 working hrs.
  • You can expect the delivery within 7 to 10 working days.
  • You can also track your order with the tracking details shared with you via SMS & e-mail. Also, can check the tracking details in your account.

ORDER RELATED:

Order Cancellation

  • For safety reasons, orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once ordered.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Out of Stock Products

  • Biotique Online Store will always try to update the product inventory and make minimum chances for getting the product out of stock.
  • You can opt for ‘Notify Me’ option if find any of your favorite product out of stock.
  • If the ordered product went out of stock, we will contact you at earliest & will dispatch the shipment as early as possible. However, hold orders may get delayed in delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • All Domestic & International orders shipped from our New Delhi warehouse and will take their respective time in delivery.
  • Worldly Goods required to be signed for at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e. neighbour, family member, friends, colleagues etc. However, Biotique is not responsible for the goods signed by any alternate person.
  • Biotique Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
  • For any complaint related to damage & shortage needs to be reported within 3 days after delivery.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The final shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consignee will know about the charges before making payments.
  • Goods may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid, items may move within gift boxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit.

  • Free Shipping
    We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.499 only on (prepaid orders).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges
    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of Rs.70 will apply. This is to cover the additional costs of handling and processing COD orders. COD charges are non-refundable, even in the case of order cancellations or returns.
  • Delivery Times
    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the availability of the items. Typically, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time can range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • International Shipping
    For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applicable depending on the country of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can track your order on the respective courier's website.
  • Incorrect Address
    Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
